Shipping Policy
Every SilkSleek parcel is hand packed with care at our UK warehouse and dispatched without delay. With most orders sent within 1 working day, we focus on making your delivery experience simple and stress free. If you need anything at all, our customer care team is here at hello@silksleek.com
UK Shipping
- Orders over £50: FREE Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service (1 to 3 business days)
- Orders under £50: Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service (1 to 3 business days) £4.95
Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are sent out the same day. Orders placed later in the afternoon are dispatched on the next working day.
Weekend dispatch is not available, which means any order placed after 1pm on Friday will begin its journey on Monday.
After your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery speed may vary. If you would like advice about timing or have any concerns, our support team is here.
Europe (EU) Shipping
- Free Express Tracked delivery for orders over £125 (~€150)
- £18.00 for orders below £125
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 working days
- All European orders are dispatched by Express Tracked International delivery with full tracking
USA Shipping
- Free Express Tracked delivery for orders over $250
- $28.00 for orders below $250
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 11 working days
- All US orders are dispatched by Express Tracked International delivery with full tracking
Worldwide Shipping
- £55.00 for international orders
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 11 working days
- All international orders are dispatched by Express Tracked International delivery with full tracking
International Orders
- All orders are hand packed and shipped from our UK warehouse
- Returns are accepted back to our UK address. Return postage is not covered by SilkSleek
- All international orders include a tracking number which you will receive in your dispatch confirmation email
