Shipping Policy

Every SilkSleek parcel is hand packed with care at our UK warehouse and dispatched without delay. Most orders are sent within 1 working day. If you need anything, our customer care team is here at hello@silksleek.com

UK Shipping
Orders over £50: FREE Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service (1 to 3 business days)
Orders under £50: Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service £4.95 (1 to 3 business days)

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day. Weekend dispatch is not available.

Europe (EU) Shipping
Express Tracked delivery available to all EU countries. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. All applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout via our DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service, so your parcel arrives without any additional customs charges or delays.
Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 working days

USA Shipping
Express Tracked delivery available to all US addresses. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. All applicable US import duties are collected at checkout via our DDP service, so your parcel arrives without any additional customs charges or delays.
Estimated delivery: 2 to 11 working days

Worldwide Shipping (outside UK, EU, USA)
£55.00 flat rate for international orders. Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or customs charges applied on arrival in the destination country.

International Orders
All orders are hand packed and shipped from our UK warehouse
All international orders include a tracking number sent by email
Returns are accepted back to our UK address. Return postage is not covered by SilkSleek
Duties collected at checkout are non refundable if you return the order
