Shipping policy

Every SilkSleek parcel starts its journey without delay. With most orders dispatched within 1 working day, we focus on making your delivery experience simple and stress-free. If you need anything at all, our customer care team is here at hello@silksleek.com

 UK Shipping

  • Orders over £50 - FREE Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service

  •  Orders under £50 - Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service (1-3 business days) - £4.95

Next Day shipments [Optional add on at checkout]:

  • DPD Express Next Working Day Shipment (Next business day) - £8.50

Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are sent out the same day. Orders placed later in the afternoon are dispatched on the next working day.

Weekend dispatch is not available, which means any order placed after 1pm on Friday will begin its journey on Monday.

After your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery speed may vary. If you would like advice about timing or have any concerns, our support team is here

International shipping & orders

  • Please note that SilkSleek cannot take responsibility for customs delays or holds. Any duty or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • SilkSleek is based in the United Kingdom, and all orders are shipped from UK . Any returns will also need to be sent back to our UK address. Return postage is not covered by SilkSleek.

Europe (EU) - 2-11 Day Delivery: 

  • Free delivery for Europe (EU) orders over £150.

  • £18.00 for Europe (EU) orders below £149.99

  • European (EU) Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed with Delivery Duty Unpaid. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 3 and 6 working days to arrive. You may be asked to pay import/duty taxes on delivery. 

USA (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

  • Free delivery for orders over $250 (International).

  • $55 for orders below $249.99 (International).

  • Allow 7-12 working days for delivery 

  • US Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed with Delivery Duty Unpaid. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 7 and 12 working days to arrive. You may be asked to pay import/duty taxes on delivery.

Please Note: Royal Mail 1st Class & International Standard does not including a tracking number. We will be unable to track the progress of your parcel if it is delayed. Tracked 24/48 and International Tracked & Signed parcels do include a tracking number which you will receive in your dispatch confirmation.

Worldwide (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

  • £55 for International.

  • Allow 3-17 working days for delivery 

  • International Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed with Delivery Duty Unpaid. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 7 and 20 working days to arrive. You may be asked to pay import/duty taxes on delivery.
