At SilkSleek, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every product we create. We want you to feel confident in your purchase from the moment it arrives. Return window
You may return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be sent to our UK returns address. At this time, SilkSleek does not cover the cost of return postage, duties or taxes.

Item condition requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in perfect resale condition. This means:
. Unused, unwashed and unworn.
. Free from marks, scents, make up or signs of cosmetic use.
. Returned with all original SilkSleek packaging, inserts and tags.
. For sets or bundles, the entire set must be returned in full.

Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund, and may be returned to you.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email hello@silksleek.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

  2. Our team will reply with confirmation and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely using protective packaging to avoid creasing or damage during transit.

  4. Send your parcel using a tracked and insured postal service. This protects you in the event of a lost parcel.

  5. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is completed.

We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit without valid tracking.

Refund process
Once your return reaches us, it will be inspected within 48 hours. We will notify you by email to confirm whether the item has been approved for a refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Bank processing times vary. Most refunds appear within 3 to 5 business days but some banks may require up to 10 business days to complete the transaction.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange or refund.

Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
. Face masks.
. Any product that has been used or shows signs of wear.
. Sale items or items purchased at a promotional discount.
. Gift cards or digital vouchers.

Unless a product is faulty, these items are non refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like a different colour or product, the quickest method is to return the original item for a refund. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order at your convenience.
